Structure of the Foundation


The Governing Body

The Governing Body is consisting of a President, Executive Director, Treasurer, and six (6) Members of Governing Body. These Members shall be elected/selected biannually by the majority of general members without President and Executive Director through voting at the annual general meeting of the foundation. The Governing Body will consist of not more than nine (9) persons. The voting may be done either directly during the annual general meeting by secret ballot, or through absentee voting in the manner outlined below. The members who are in gainful employment of the association are not eligible for election or selection for the post of President, Executive Director and treasurer. For the purposes of the Act, the members of the Governing Body shall be regarded as Members of the Company. The Governing Body of the Company shall consist of the following members:

Advisory Body and Think Tank

Governing Body constituted an ‘Advisory Body’ and ‘HLP Founder Think Tank’ consisting of renowned persons from local population, or abroad under specific rules. The Advisory Board may have not more than seven (7) members, and ‘HLP Founder Think Tank’ may have not more than five (5) members. The advisers and think tankers should be selected by the decision of the Governing Body.
